ive been really stressed out about my parents and lfie in this summer but the last time i cried was now when im typing this comment because i have been deprived of social interactions and went to a place me and my ex went to and i cried , because i really loved her , we haven’t technically broken up but the last time we saw eacother we didnt talk except a little fragile handshake, she was and is extremely introverted but back then she used to be extremely open to me after maybe an hour ☹️😣
Suicide is very selfish. I know from experience. It hurts the ones that you leave behind. Some people just can't deal with the skeletons in their closet. Young man, one day at a time. If you're on meds, try to wean off. The meds will keep you in a state of depression that will never allow the wound to heal. You have the strength, you have to go through the pain. A great life awaits you after the pain. Wife and family once you're healed.
Remember that a 'what if' is a bad guess. The difference between "what if you're not strong enough he might beat you" and "you're not strong enough he will beat you" is first one is what MIGHT happen and second one is what WILL happen. Don't hurt yourselves

The sad thing is, bro, just showed me how lost people truly are here in America. I'm not on social media, so maybe its just the new wave to be cold and distant with your woman (or man)? Felt kind of a summary of the bookback text of mindset books. love your content, but this felt too general. My question: are limiting beliefs also beliefs of overestimation of yourself? Like: „im athletic!" but 4 real this person isnt athletic at all. He thinks it because he doesnt want to know the truth, which blocks him from a better life. Hey brother, give the video a re-watch. I showed exactly how to notice your limiting beliefs, re-visit them, and break them with empowering beliefs. It’ll be in the second half of the vid. I know it’s long, and a lot to take in but trust me, it works. To answer your question about the overestimations; there’s a difference between being outright delusional and believing in yourself. If a 400lb guy thinks he’s running a mile in 5 minutes, that’s outright delusional. But he could take “I can’t run a 5 minute mile” to “I can become someone who runs a 5 minute mile”. You must become the person who does the opposite of your limiting beliefs. For this instance, becoming the man who can run a 5 minute mile means he needs to weight 170lbs instead of 400. Hopefully that makes sense. I really appreciate the feedback and will definitely consider it. Thanks man.
