hola solo quiero corregirte, porfa , nunca uses “actualmente” cuando está tratando decir “actually”, eso un cognado falso la definición de actualmente es “timely” or “at the moment”. todavía, gracias por el video y todo, ¡voy a subscribirte ahora!
Ranking AP classes I’ve taken: 10th: World History- I halfassed my way through that class and still got a 3. (B Tier) 11th: US History- Same story but I actually had a really good teacher this time who hardly assigned any homework. (A Tier) Physics I- Absolutely loved that class. It wasn't as bad as I expected it to be and the concepts are relatively straightforward. However, the writing on the AP test was a nightmare and I absolutely hated it. (B Tier) 12th: Calculus AB-Too much material and really confusing. It's not as bad as Precalc HNs but it's still a really rigorous, time consuming, and stressful course. (D Tier) Physics C:M-Very easy since it's mostly just review from last year with only some new concepts thrown in. Not to mention, I actually get college credit for this. (S Tier) Music Theory-It's also really easy with most of the material being mostly review for me. However, if you're tone deaf, I advise you steer clear of this course. The only issue I have is sight singing, which really shouldn't be on the AP test. (B Tier) Environmental Science-Pretty much the easiest AP I'm taking right now but there's so much busy work assigned from our teacher making it unfun. I know I'll get a 5 on it but that's because I already have a background in meteorology and forestry. Here's my AP scores so far: 10th: World History: 3 11th: US History: 3 Physics I: 3 12th (projected): Calculus AB: 2 (Goal: 4) Physics C:M: 4 (Goal: 5) Music Theory: NA: 4 A:3 (Goal: 5 for both) Environmental Science: 5
i can see why you hated ap physics c, a lot of the fun comes from understanding the concepts from observation and just taking it online can't really do that. the teacher, especially for classes like mechanics and e&m are especially important. (I'm taking mechanics calc cs and mandarin rn in 10th grade, school doesn't offer e&m so probably gonna do an equivalent to that at a local uni next year or during the summer)..
oof i’m in 12th grade now, 13 aps too (if ap 2d art and design counts) few words from the heart: DON’T take ap physics ANYTHING unless you are good at the subject every year i feel like i could do better in physics and now i have four years of physics: i am not doing better, i suck, i want to drop every day, it is tourture it’s basically something called you have all the equations but you just can’t solve the problems for everything else, if you like it, go for it. i personally like all of the rest except for calculus bc, which is just my problems with math so don’t mind me, it is still an interesting course especially if you take it with ap physics c: mechanics at the same time(your brains goes into physics mode for calculus and calculus mode for physics, and it actually helps you understand the formulas) also: for ap 2d art, if you want to draw for your portfolios, draw out of class as well if you aren’t a fast drawer, and also keep in mind that you will no longer have the time to draw ANYTHING for fun.
This whole college application process is such as waste of collective energy/resources as a society.. spending 100s of hours on applications multiplied by millions of applicants.. what a waste..
OMG I wrote my essay similar to yours (I swear I never watched your videos before I finished my first draft). You are so genuine and you are such an inspiration! Stanford is my dream school and your video helps me A LOT THANK YOU😢
