@@OPM-02 it was shown on TV or streamed. You did a Screen capture or set the bittate too low. You see what O mean that the quality is baaaaaad? For sure much worse than the airing.
@@OlliDTS it was recorded from a TV broadcast (720p) to a Humax PVR, then transferred to PC for upload to RU-vid. I can't see this as any worse from my recoded broadcast. It's the best I could do, with what I have available, and at least I've made it available here for many to enjoy over the past 2 months.
Live I've seen ACDC, Eric Clapton, Guns n Roses, Genesis, Yes, Peter Gabriel, Roger Waters too name a few. Simple Minds were truly amazing Live. There's a real positive energy that you feel off Jim and the band. If you haven't seen them live please do.
@@DokoGaTV Yes, they still sound great and Jim Kerr still has a great way of engaging with the crowd. One of my favourite bands from my younger years and been following them a lot recently. They have toured extensively this year and been performing to great praise. Different lineup over the years, with the exception of Jim and Charlie, but still going strong.
This probably sounds silly, I was so looking forward to seeing the band in Dublin last March, I had 2 labradors that are sisters, I've had them since they were a few weeks old, one of them died a few days before the Dublin gig so I couldn't leave her sister alone heartbroken, please come to Ireland again soon, I'll be at the front❤

Remember when I left school and started work. I spent every penny i earned on Simple Minds vinyls, all the way up to the release of Belfast Child. And I left them all back at our old house when we moved.And its a sign of his class that he doesn't feel need to swear. Btw the drummer is amazing, and she's always smiling
@@simonrimington3231 what a shame you left all your old vinyls behind. I've liked that SM have left swearing out of their lyrics. There's no need for it. Sometimes Jim swears when he's talking to the crowd, and sometimes apologises. Here, he mimes the f word after his back recline pose during Someone Somewhere in Summertime, but just having fun with the crowd.
