There was nothing wrong with the discs so he bought new discs. Combining that with the way he bounces the torque wrench tells you that he's a highly trained motorcycle technician.
I own a Harley, I love it, but I will be damned before I tell anyone they're great bikes. I swear they have four monkeys and one engineer designing these bikes. It's 2024, how is Indian STILL better?
You'd check the fuel and spark first, slowly building up compression is maybe low battery, I'd have got it running first prior to comp testing, most likely it was fine after warming up
