Hello guys Im Joelster and I love tech, gaming, movies, and I get my hands on the products I review and share my experience with you, welcome to the channel, Im Joelster and lets do this.
Thanks for the detailed video! You covered pretty much everything I was looking for! I really wish Hisense had an option similar to Samsung's "Game Motion Plus" that could be enabled in Game mode to make 30fps games look smoother.
I got a Samsung CHG70 and it's g-sync compatible as well. But if I enable it picture gets a lot dimmer to the point using it is not worth it. I was wondering if that's the case with every g-sync ''compatible'' monitor out there, especially this one since I'm planning to buy it. Thanks in advance to everyone who might give me some info on this.
Does anyone know why when freesync is enabled on TV or monitor the colors are washed picture quality looks much low when it's turn it so back normal is there a Fix for this. which one has better inputs, Latency freesync or HDMI VRR
No mention of the power requirements. If the unit required a power line then don't waste your time with these low quality cameras and get a POE 4k camera. The advantages of these cameras is that they can be charged with a solar panel but that is never covered in reviews. Usually the solar panels are underrated and the batteries are insufficient to power the camera for very long. I live in an are with 300 sun days per year and even with that almost all solar charged devices will not work all night. This is the only use for a camera with this low quality of image and power requirements.
I did mention it has a built in battery and it has a USB-C port for power, you can either use a USB connection to charge the batteries or the loar panel to keep the battery charged, I have never run out of power with this camera, ever, and I still use it.
@@cliffclavin2503 Yes, and the battery is always fully charged, if it doesn't get fully charged, flip the usb port, the one that goes to the camera, check on the App that is getting power, the App will show you when is getting power, that happened to me once and I flipped the port and it worked.
So washed out colors was caused by defective unit? cos i have sme problem on mine. It is much less sharp , too brighter and washed out and eyes got more tired from it compare to my older ips monitor. is there any way to fix it without returning it?
What a piece of junk. The S80 has no bass and the sound is terrible. I got the S80 as a replacement for the D60 because the rear speakers blew and stopped working. The D60 out performance the S80 hands down with crazy bass and sound. The S80 has a 8” Subwoofer but yet it has no bass even at the bass level set to +6 The D60 only has a 5” Subwoofer and boy does it have bass rocks my hole living room. Don’t believe the people reviewing it on RU-vid there payed to give it a good review.
Not sure am i missing something but where are your C1 in-depth settings? Sry but i dont think that is set-up properly... Way too cold colours, that will give you blue-ish tint and wash out look. Have the c1 and did play SOTTR on it whit max settings and HDR and did not look not even remotely close like yours... That being said, still gonna keep my c1 as its not worth of upgrading unless you would go for something like G4 but lack or the smaller sizes and big price tag are the problems
😂bro, what's going on with your c1? I can tell you rn that your Monitor is better than your c1. Just because your c1 settings are terrible. Shouldn't be that much of a picture difference from QD-OLED to woled. Don't be one of them guys saying QD-OLED makes lg look like old technology
@alanclark9000 Did you watch the whole video? The C1 looks great, I love that TV, colors look a bit better on the samsung and whites have a blueish tint on LG TVs but that's how things are, overall Oled TVs are my favorite.
@@crowntotheundergroud White balance is not panel-type dependent. Simply on LG OLEDs the White Balance setting is have to be set to "Warm2" (you have to set it on every preset independently, some of them has it as default), because that is the closest to the standard D65 white point. So for example the picture will not be blueish compared to another display.
@@gellert.ficzere that may technically be true, but regardless whites on qd-oled always look better than va lcd and woled when they’re all calibrated to d65. Whites on ips also look very nice
I believe you are using the wrong setting on the Samsung G8 image, I've seen other comparisons and yours is the only one that seems like the image is much clearer and without contrast.
Question for you sir, i ended up getting the Samsung g8 for $999 at best buy, but I'm thinking about exchanging for the asus pg32ucdm, at that point its $300 more out of my pocket, but what do you think? Worth it or not worth the proce difference?
Not worth, they all run the same way it’s small difference but nothing crazy. Just make sure you have some type of insurance on it that’s all. The asus doesn’t have the Matt finish but to me I don’t think it’s 300 dollars better. Just my opinion and save a little money man
@@miltona891appreciate the reply bro. Yeah I thought about it throughout the day, definitely not worth 300. The insurance was only and extra $50 for 3 years so I think I'll stick with it. Thanks again 👍
The c1 is a TV you don't compare a monitor to a TV it's always going to be night and day if you want to compare TVs to TVs fine but this video makes absolutely no sense plus they are not the same screen size the lg c1 is a very good tv make your settings better.
The difference in that scene from your previous video is insane! Was it a HDR issue or a problem with the screen you returned? I've just received mine and all seems well so far but I have nothing to compare to
