Hello, in the main bed scene, what was the camera color temperature? Cheers.
@DavidFaxon
@DavidFaxon 11 месяцев назад
This is awesome! What was your white balance in a situation like this with three different color temp lights? 5600ish to match the daylight looking bulbs in the bathroom? Great final shot.
@RahSharmaFilms
@RahSharmaFilms 11 месяцев назад
Thanks man, I appreciate it. Miss those days i had time to do this. Yes I went with 5600k. I set my white balance basis on what lights I got to play with. At the end if the day if you can get desired look in camera, there's more opportunities to grade rather then massive changes in post production.

Thank you for sharing! How do you control noise on 3200 ISO? My BMPCC 4K has extremely noisy floor in shadows it couldn't even be fixed in DR.
@RahSharmaFilms
@RahSharmaFilms 11 месяцев назад
I used a fast lens allowing me for more light. To get less noise you need to expose to your shadows. I have also graded this so the blacks would hide a bit of mistakes. :)

Nice review! I’ve always found the Nikkor O 35mm f2 to be a much better performer. If you don’t need the speed it’s the way to go. What are your thoughts?
@RahSharmaFilms
@RahSharmaFilms Год назад
Agreed! If you don’t need it then f2 is good. I shoot on f1.4 - f2.8 mostly on this. For me I like that shallow but at times it’s unnecessary. Nice lens though :)

@RahSharmaFilms
@RahSharmaFilms 2 года назад
Yes, Thirst we shot on BMPCC4k. When it comes to hybrid camera I currently still have my Nikon Z6. Haven’t had or need to change it. Working in both prores RAW and BMDRAW they both have their pros and cons. Seem to get more jobs requiring Blackmagic setup. I like manipulating images so raw is always a great option for my style. I would use Z6 for run and gun when I need something done quicker but it seems like I have been hiring focus pullers on recent jobs :)
@ludovicavice3496
@ludovicavice3496 2 года назад
@@RahSharmaFilms nice! Good to hear about it. I am also in your situation..for run n gun I find it time consuming to work with bmpcc so I got myself a hybrid aka Panasonic lumix body. I mean I still need to pull my focus tho but it's been easier on my back n I can run all day on 3 internal batteries. Good to hear you can hire a focus puller, lately these types of project are rare in my country lol

Hold on, hold on... Have to say. I have been looking at different videos on how to buy and get started vlogging and recording/documenting a humanitarian base camp we are launching. This video was probably the best of the 30 I have seen, and your footage looks GREAT. I would love to see some of your other videos. Thank you for uploading this. Which lense do you use most for video? I want to demonstrate biological farming methods, forestry, and natural building as well as community shots.
@RahSharmaFilms
@RahSharmaFilms 2 года назад
Thanks Carmelo! On the Nikon Z6 I love using the 35mm and 50mm z. Yet recently been using old school Nikkor AIS primes. If you have a small crew and fast pace shooting then you should look into Z series lenses.

Great one, and i have did a video about iPhone 13 Pro that can be a good run and gun for those who want a brilliant dynamic range and portable ProRes 4k but unfortunately i received lots of negative comment that you are comparing a camera with just phone camera although i have received positive comments as well from those who understand my concern about why you should pic iPhone 13 Pro for its Pro camera.
