thank you for your effort, but u lost this total newbie to iphones on the very first step; u put 3 fingers on the 3 side buttons BUT didn't wiggle or tap the finger u wanted to use then supposedly pressed a button...took me 10 minutes to back out & try pushing the different buttons & then i must have a different ios ver because my opening screen looks NOTHING like yours thanx again for the effort & setting the cam up to easily see the screen. i'm heading to Best Buy to setup this pup the Apple store is just up the block. ❤😊
