Hey Jitesh, Offcourse it would be Basis to apply patches and combination of Basis and Abap if its specific notes based on what it is in note. We as SAP Security would be requestor here and most of the times driver and owners and governing body who need to make sure these are applied and necessary actions are taken based on company policy and standard.
