Hello boos, I have seen your videos your video call is very nice but your video is not getting many views because no SEO is done in any of your videos due to which you are not getting views in the video and the channel is not gaining subscribers. Your video needs SEO to get views and channel subscribers organically.
I think the people who bought with interest rate around 3% and below will never sell. But yes, I think some investors and home owner will be selling if the price stays high. Otherwise, there is no rush to sell for most people. People are gonna save money by nothing going out to eat. They won't be selling with price cut on their property unless it is for relocation or they lose their jobs and is in an urgent to sell.
I'm moving from PA to Illinois. I'm selling all my furniture. When I get to my new place, I will need a chair and a bed. I'm not a young person anymore, and I have arthritis. What can I do until I can buy new furniture? Any ideas?
You’re right, CA is the best! You’re also correct about Aliso Viejo! In fact, there’s a section of Aliso that’s in the Laguna Beach School District too! Don’t get me wrong, Capo Schools are great, but living in a County of 3M people and sending your kids to a highly rated High School with less than 1,000 students can’t be beat!
Been in Seattle thirty-four years, but originally from Venice/Santa Monica. Southern California is the only place in the country that has a true Mediterranean climate and beaches. That says it all.
I grew up on the hill 1977 a senior at PV high. Lived by crest road. I still ride dirt bikes and was able to ride everyday over in the Portuguese open space. Had 3 motocross tracks then. Stop when 18 years old and went to college. Probably the last to ride there. Did get , I think 5 tickets between 10 and 18 yeas of age. My dad was so cool.
I lived in CA my whole life, primarily in the bay-area. The whole state is an unmitigated shithole. Anyone that says otherwise simply notes the weather and views, which is all you can expect from them… surface level/ 2 dimensional regurgitation. If you enjoy CA.. STAY THERE, stop making the rest of the country suffer your bs
To anybody watching this video, do not be discouraged to visit south LA and east LA (east side). This is the side of LA that I have always known, and yes it may have its flaws, but they are composed of diverse and lively communities. As an LA native, you are more likely to get robbed in Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Hollywood Blvd, etc, than in these communities (just saying lol). These communities offer much more than cheaper living options. Like I said, they’re home to diverse communities with Latino/Hispanic, Asian, African-American/ Black owned business and families. Explore LA!!!
Westwood, California is hundreds of miles from LA, in Lassen County. The Westwood that is home to UCLA is part of the city of Los Angeles. Get your facts, straight, man. And cut out the trash talk about the homeless.💩
Personal favorites as an LA native are Westchester, El Segundo & Manhattan Beach. PV I wouldn’t recommend due to the recent landslide destruction so who knows what’s gonna become of the residents there.
As a native born Southern Californian I lived all over and currently lived in Glendale past 10 years .... By far the MOST DANGEROUS AND RUDEST DRIVERS EVER
