The TCP Minister if he has not given permission then if he is honest and knows his job he should file an FIR and get Bhutani arrested for having cut so many trees without permission. Let the guilty be punished. If no FIR is registered then it will only mean that the TCP Minister is involved and a case should be registered against him. High time these crooks are put in jail. Today even school children are laughing at the CM and TCP Minister. They should have been at this spot.
