I watched several videos and I get a lot of talk but very little demonstration for free. Im starting to suspect that he is just here advertising 🤑 his videos or his courses and not just trying to help people 😏🥺

Thank you Dr. Paul for all your hard work, I have greatly benefited from your video lessons. Your calm demeanor as well as your patience in teaching Tai chi. I still work with your video lessons from the 24 forms to the more advanced yang style. I really appreciate your sir. You have made a tremendous impact in my life as well as my daughter. Your video lessons really are like taking lessons from you which I value. Thanks again.

I ask if the purpose of Tai Chi is that of form instead of allowing the body to guide the movement but consciously control it.

The breathing right of Tai Chi is more healthy and suitable for elder seniors and people with overweight than Yoga. Tai Chi have all the movements: head, neck, body, hip bone, joints of arms, should, elbow, wrist, legs, knee and ankle. Yoga is for flexible thinner person. The bending and twisting of body, twisted, arms and legs. Foundation.🐺
