I started getting shouted at so i threw my turban super hard at him and started running away - i dropped all my things on the ground, my credit card, ebt card. Super scared. I thought he was real vandal squad who wanted to beat the shit out of me. I gained 20lbs -junior
Holy shit. Juat found this channel Love it, just watched the GiantOne also.... tags are everything . Watching these dudes , i need to get my tags up!!! So dope
I only understand, parts of Costa California style; from practicing, Gothic-fonts + script-calligraphy. If you're stuck on something, Try practicing the classics. Whenever you're ready, try something new. It's a bit like gardening, but you're slowly growing something else. P.S. of course, there's plenty of other calligraphy, in other languages.
I believe these have subtitles - at least I can see them (they are automated by RU-vid) Click the CC on the bottom right of the video or the three dots next to the save button on the far right to reveal the transcript.
“Cape” is a dope name for someone in mass to write. Lately I really love the rounded kind of regular script some writers do. fonse is a good example, the style looks simple but it’s hard to do it, it reminds me of like prep girl hand writing. I think the people best at it had that handwriting to start with.
Same man when I was little kid it was a few things I saw where I was so captivated like pieces on the water tower in my city facing 1-95 that no one could ignore. My mom told me it was gangs so I had crazy ideas about graff writers. I got some markers and stuff but sucked and then in 7th grade I met 2 homies in art class one who had a graff piece on us arm from Crome msg a tribute to his uncle sege, and we started practicing tags together and writing in the bathrooms making mops and stuff and somehow never got caught in school.
It’s weird how me and those 2 other kids were so hyped on graff we knew about all the dudes from those crews cause they were everywhere but all the 7th graders around us had no idea what the hell we were talking about it was like no one but us had ever paid attention to graffiti once.
It kills me that I don’t live in a regular sized city anymore and every serious writer from my area gets tracked down and a news article wrote about them and cuz the cops got nothing else to do.I disagree a little bit with this dude in the way that I love styles that are based around flourishes and almost like calligraphy stuff too. Especially if they’re unique and original. I feel like a tag is unfinished without a flourish that matches the letters in some way.
The time and place we come from informs all of our tastes. The calligraphic style with lots of flourishes might just be the latest version. Like parents int he 50s not appreciation g rock n roll. Or more like the rock n rollers not appreciating disco.
