No shot Shuckle and Samurott are 10/10 in their respective categories. If I was thinking of the peak of bug types, my mind is going to either ultra beasts or mythical pokemon. Even something like Slither Wing would work better. Also, for Hisuian forms you have pokemon like Arcanine, Typhlosion, and especially Zoroark who are just better in every way.
