To take the two bits apart u just need a hex bottom (round) allen key to push the little silver knob bits in (incase u lost the key)

The suspension is useless on my Orange, when out on a walk, unless the tarmac is pristine and brand new, it's a real bone shaker when using the pram attachment. For such an expensive product, it fails on this aspect miserably. The suspension needs to be a lot softer.
