Great review. I had a Coleman Rainforest 2 for 8 months before the poles broke. I'm constantly camping with my motorcycle around South America though. Paraguay has a poor selection but I have found this 4 man version in Asuncion. If it had Aluminium poles I'd jump at it but I'm still looking for a more compact version.

In early 2013, LodgeNet began to discontinue their gaming service due to aging equipment and declining usage. The servers that were used to power their gaming service would gradually shut down over the next five years with Sonifi continuing limited technical support until the last servers permanently shut down in December 2018, making the gaming functions on the controllers inoperable.
I really wish I could find one of these in modern day. I would do everything I could to archive the experience. It was always so cool to find one when we were traveling 20 years ago
This should help you out: www.coleman.com/tents-canopies/tents-by-style/sundome-4-person-camping-tent/SAP_2000034876.html?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwlN6wBhCcARIsAKZvD5jLpiEw_7_uJedmkZiQ5rKzBWY5G5CFsTkw6N2lI8Vw4dgAJoJRU4QaAjFJEALw_wcB&actionPoint=Show
Great video! The sound sorry is terrible had to mute for a bit. Great done video. Great would be birds, wind etc. sounds dubed over the saw. Yet this video is excellent test for camping.
I’ve been thinking about Lodgenet over the past few days. A few hotels I stayed at had these. Dad would let us have a “family game night” with the lodgenet, but it would only be one night and he would limit the time to avoid further charge. It was still fun, and it was so funny watching dad try the GameCube (we had a Wii but not a GameCube.) Two of my great wolf lodge visits (February 2010 and 2011) and a few other times we had lodgenet nights. Unfortunately my dad passed in February 2021 right after my 18th birthday. So lodgenet, thank you so much for trip memories. I haven’t seen one since 2013.
List of trips with lodgenet nights: -Labor Day weekend 2008 Hershey Park Trip (Hilton Garden Inn) -Poconos Great Wolf Lodge trips (February 2010 and February 2011) -Boston Trip (July 2011- Marriott Grand Wharf) -Washington DC trip (April 2013, Grand Hyatt) -Grandmothers funeral (May 2013, Courtyard by Marriott, Wallingford CT. Last time I ever saw and played on a lodgenet.)
i rented from lodgenet once in the 90s and it said unlimited gameplay for 1 hour then they tried to charge me for each game I played I said i wouldnt pay for that I did not even use my whole hour we complained to the hotel and they lowered it to the original price.
This announcement really bothered me at first, but I wish I would play these nostalgic N64 games. I think I heard about it at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Orlando back in c. 2006 (I believe)?? I can’t remember.
Before I could get a Nintendo 64 NSO pad for my Switch, I played Kirby 64 with an SNES NSO pad (if docked) or with an NES NSO pad attached to the left half of my Switch (if in handheld mode), the latter is how I sometimes play Sonic Superstars!
this music also used in the Intel P3 vs P4 presentation video and used at the underrated hungarian channel (Budapest TV), were defunct in 2010. If i identify this music with AHA Music i get a chinese fariytale-telling record and also using the same music.
Thank you so much for this detailed review! I just ordered this 4 person tent from Amazon ($42.38), from the warehouse. I want to camp out in the yard this summer and I think this tent will do nicely. Thanks again!😊☺
I remember I used to watch lodge net on tv in the la Quinta hotel in San Angelo tx when I was a little toddler kid which brings back my childhood memories seeing this oh my gosh I really miss Lodgenet
I've always wondered if there are any hotels left that sill use Lodgenet. I'm guessing the answer might be no, but I wish there was a way to know for sure. We went on a trip from coast to coast (driving) in 2018 or so and I didn't see a single one, and we stayed at a lot of hotels.
You could probably count the amount left on one hand. There honestly might be some cheap out of the way motel that hasn’t bothered to upgrade but most hotels by now have long since upgraded
I haven’t seen one in 10 years. Last time I ever saw one was at the courtyard Marriott in Wallingford Connecticut when I was at my grandmothers funeral
