Can you pls do how to bind pls today I from bryanston high school was 🆚 Randpark high school in the first 5 minutes on the 3rd scrum I got scrumed up wards and nearly broke my back I am discharge now and can play but I am to scared to scrum now 😭
Hey bro, squat deep and keep your back straight in the scrum. Heavy weight compound strength training like squats, bench presses, rows help. A solid core is also essential.
