Hello :) for row 9, make 1 double crochet on each stitch of the previous row. However, for row 10, inorder to achieve the curved shape, decreases are needed. This is to ensure that the cover won't slip off. Please pause the video on the part which is not clear or change the playback speed to a slower pace if needed. Hope this helps 😊

I believe it would fit depending on how stretchable your yarn is but i'm not so sure on the part where the handle slides in 😬
