Nuts are the best, there's this thing called an acquired taste, if you have something that isn't documented as safe to eat or tasty, then your body will make it taste bad, sugar is automatically on the good list as it is an outlier that is pretty much like cocaine to the brain, other foods you will have to eat to some degree to like, if you ate nuts for 2 weeks and make yourself think you liked them, it would change your taste buds to enjoy it. Think of your taste buds like a bouncer at a night club, they'll kick people out who aren't on the list. So yeah, also even if nuts don't taste amazing, they are literally top #10 food in the world for your health so if you don't like the taste then your just bad at life
