Thank you for documenting Leg 2! I'm anxiously looking for my team mate over your shoulder at the start and then you pass me I the woods at the end. I loved your jacket 🤩
It’s the steps man, it’s hard to get your head down and maintain rhythm. Five times is excessive though obviously, going up the once isn’t too painful haha
That's a super time for you and shows really positive signs to come. You looked composed throughout at that pace. Great job on a sunny day and with a niggle 👏👏👏
Nice! I know this area very well as I grew up at the top haha. The sting in the tail hill back up is one I know VERY well and it is horrid! Well done 👏
❤🎉❤ Yes Sam! Love this! Another inspiring video with beautiful views but in addition talkimg about such an important topic that will ring familiar to SO MANY! "Be kind, big up your mates!" 🎉 Couldn't have said it any better! 🙌👏
Here, here sam. As a person who works as a Wellbeing lead in a school and who has been a Samaritans listening volunteer, I know how vital the subject is.

Malvern Hills are such a wonderful place to explore, so much around there I've yet to see! It's also handy knowing the Garmin Incident Detection system works even in minor events, you'll never know when you'll need it - great running again bud!
I’ve had it go off with just a change of speed and hard tackle in football. It does give you enough warning to turn it off before you scare all of your family! Haha.
Excellent video. I totally get you about having asthma and recovering after a bout of cold. I've had it all my life and running certainly helps it. That's a brilliant 5k time and one you deserved from the hard yards of training 🔥👏👏👏
Thank you Dean ☺️ recovering after a cold is a slow process isn’t it? But we get it done. We asthma sufferers knew the importance of staying away from the office well before Covid hit!
LOL. I have found several stolen purses over the years (and a handful of phones - more tools than I can count). Some I've been able to get back to the proper owners some I told the police about (I usually make note of where they are and drive back to get them later - as an old guy, I might catch odd looks running with a purse).
I remember running in Nottingham when I first started running, it kicked my ass so bad. Well done 👍🏽 on a flatter course you be smashing that time as well.
Ha, a one and done with that race? I think if I did it next year, knowing what was to come, I’d probably run it slower! I’ve got Gloucester in a week and that’s a much flatter course. I’ve had a cold, but I’m hoping to get back up to fitness this week ready for it!
The home record attendance for Chelsea ladies is currently 38,350. Stamford Bridge holds 40,341. I’m not 100% sure what your point is, but those are the facts.
Hope you had a really happy Birthday!! I like Saucony running shoes. I enjoy all of their range. Endorphin Speed are ace for faster ones as well as the Triumph for comfort.
