Thank you for filming that. I just went to the first part and went back. I had no idea what we missed. I am older and could not have done all the climbing ya'll did.
The rail carts in the woods and river are from December of 68. There are some eye witness videos on here. I live 5 minutes from there and used to go every few days
And we have these outstanding videos to remind us of this amazing journey!! Awesome job Jake! Words cannot express, but you capture it and preserve it in these priceless videos. ❤
The chapel there today was built by donations and volunteer labor and the opening dedication was on April 19, 2000 on the 7th anniversary of the HRT assault. It stands essentially on the ground where the original chapel portion of the complex was. Adding in my thanks for visiting the Mt. Carmel property and posting this.
One of my underrated hikes was Taggart and Bradley lake hike at Grand Tetons. Recommend doing them both together. But seeing bears on the path is crazy.
You can actually stay in the cabins by Old Faithful for $145. You can stay in Old Faithful Inn for $169. Roosevelt Lodge is a place we often stay also. It's $145. All of these that I mention have a shared bathroom. No biggie. Its a great experience. Make your reservation 13 months in advance to get what you want. I have been at Old Faithful several times at 6AM and you will have it to yourself. Finally, do not miss Grand Geyser, Riverside Geyser, and Castle Geyser. Far better than Old Faithful. I love Lonestar Geyser as well. I have been to Yellowstone 8 times and Mt. Washburn has been on my bucket list there but I still haven't done it. I enjoyed your video and Teton vid also. Your boys are troopers. Pretty serious mileage.
Thanks for reminding us to revisit Teton! My boys were around your sons' age when we took them to YS/Teton trip for the first time. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, as well as your family time. Sadly kids will grow up so fast!
Nice video. We spent many years there in the spring and summer. We’re older now and can’t make it. Enjoyed visiting again through the eye of your camera.
Thank you for sharing this delightful adventure! Great reaction to the bears, you all handled it very well. Jenny Lake is beautiful, I was there last year and loved it. You didn't check out hidden falls? Are the blue icee's still 5 bucks?
@@jlund80 I saw them i the video. I hiked around Jenny Lake 4 times in the week I was there and each time that icee was my reward at the end of the hike!
OH MY Heavens! The bear!! We were in GTNP in 2020 and looked and looked for bear - obviously we should have gotten out on that trail! LOL I really enjoyed your video - you are very good about giving information and your voiceover is well done! Thanks so much for sharing your adventures! I'm going to check out your other videos and am now a subscriber!
Thanks for the review! I am resurrecting a barn find ezgo golf cart. Using 3 deep cell 12v for 36v power and 1 12v deep cell to run lights and such. I ordered the AutoGen 4 bank charger, Do they provide a way to mount the unit for a permanent install?
