@Snaaake_Beater yeah unfortunately it's the only way / best way I can play these games. I've noticed sound issues, pop-ins, slow down, and some image warping, but nothing game breaking, and it's still RCUYA at the core
I think the health is given to you in the R&C future games by default when visiting a store. Also, the robot area at like 7:30 where you couldn't reach the one area on Angela's planet is intended. It's not supposed to be accessible for some reason.
If you're interested in some extra goodies there's a secret boss fight back on oozla. Near the end of the big store building there's a magneboot thing you can climb leading to it
So for the teleporter at 10:30 you have to use it at exactly 3:00am system time. You can set your system clock if you don't want to pull a late night but it's super interesting if you've never done it. Not sure if you'd want to make a video of it or take it in your own time, but definitely check it out!
Drek has always had such a long boss fight. I remember being stuck on him for ages. Don't forget you have the pda if you need some emergency ammo! You can stay loaded up on the good stuff. You've got this!
You can totally go through the lasers and skip the spaceship combat segment but it's insanely precise. There are some videos of it on RU-vid I'm pretty sure
Kalebo is such a fun planet! One of my favorites in this game and you can skip a ton using the visibomb gun shooting over the wall to hit the button in the background at 15:55. Also, the door at 10:50 is only accessible after getting a lock bot from Drek's fleet I think. It's one of the more obscure things you have to do.
38:15 you gotta wall jump in this gap here and there's a secret room at the top. I didn't know about it for years. Really sneaky Edit: sooo sorry I thought it couldn't be accessed right after the boss fight! My bad. Pretty sure you could have gone up before leaving after seeing it now
That turret section is always just overkill with the helicopter enemies. It is so distracting. Also, with the blue reinforced boxes, you can use the walloper to save on ammo. As for the gold bolts, you don't get to use them until you finish the game and do NG+. There will be a teleporter on this planet right next to the landing site and vendor at the beginning.
Revisit Oltanis Orbit, at the very end there's a narrow tower you can wall jump up. You'll find a hidden room where you can get some, but not all, of the gold weapons
Orxon was always my least favorite level in this game. Instant death goo, the red mutant crabs that take so many hits and have a large invincibility frame window, lack of continue points, and just overall it's awful of a level.
The fish are the worst part of this game hands down. I like using the pyrocitor on them and just spinning in place, but the controls are a bit annoying. And yes, being able to strafe in the next game is great, plus I think in the 3rd, it allows you to always strafe, but I might be wrong on that.
Gaspar was always a big jump in difficulty I thought. The environment is hazardous, and so many enemies that blend in with the background. Also, the pilot helmet isn't used yet. I believe you use it on Pokitaru and later on, but I don't recall if that's the only 2 spots for it.
Omg your head is so tiny! Don't be afraid to size yourself up some more! It's part of the fun with Let's Plays 😊 Came up in my feed and I'm gonna go back to give these a watch. This game was so amazing. Childhood favorite!
Qwark's base was always one of my least favorite levels in this game. Just was so jarring to look at and whatnot. Batalia isn't too bad, but it is definitely a slower planet and annoying you can only do like half of it before getting the magna boots. Sound is much better balanced this time around as well by the way!
