I just spent two weeks in La Seine Saint Denis. Near the Stade de France. We went out to eat in the evening. No problem. Very good transport by RER and Metro into the heart of Paris. I personally avoid walking around late at night in any big city. Paris, London, Berlin etc. I take a taxi home. In the outskirts of Paris you have alot of migrants.
