SAVE YOUR MONEY! I signed up for his on-demand Door to Door Bootcamp. The couse is offered for $299 by itself or as part of a bundle for $699 (the bundle also includes a "course" on what to do your first 90 days as an agent and a "course" on question-based selling). So what does one get for $299? A 35-minute webinar that was probably offered for free when it was first broadcast. My disappointment borders on devastation. What is a bootcamp? It is commonly defined as "a concentrated course that teaches essential skills." For 35 minutes, Duane tells viewers what to do but never explains how to do. There's no intensive instruction. The kicker though is this: Periodically in the 35-minute video Duane teases that he is going to give viewers a script that will help them door knock better. About the 30-minute mark he finally says, "Guess what? There is no magic script." He then tells the viewers the secret is to listen better. That would be great except in the remaining minutes Duane tells viewers to sign up for his coaching program ($899 per month for 12 months is the cheapest option) and his script practice program ($299 per month for 12 months). Which begs the question, "Why sign up for script practice that will cost almost $3600 for the year if there is no magic script?" I should also point out that Duane also offs an on-demand class called "Door to Door Scripts Course," which begs the question, "Why sign up for script course that will cost almost $300 if there is no magic script?" In case you can't tell, the Door to Door Bootcamp is one of the worst purchases I've ever made.
Trump 2024!! Need to drill for our own oils. Cheaper energy which translates to cheaper gas, groceries etc…more money in the pockets of the American people.
This content is amazing. I plan to knock doors to grow my business but don't fully understand how to articulate to the homeowners the value of moving now versus later. Mainly how the actual breakdown works. Also, we have a lot of first-time home buyers in my market and getting them to commit is challenging. Any tips? Thank you for loading these videos so we can learn.

Hey Duane. Great content. I Door knocked around my listing ( that I knocked 4 years ago and stayed connected with the seller ) while knocking, I found a buyer whom I helped buy a 3/1 home in the next city. Door to door works.

Hi Duane, I am trying to reach out for the past week. I have called and emailed. I even messaged you thro Whatsapp and no response. What is the best way to reach out to you?
Hey Dear, your youtube video content is good, but your youtube SEO is low. This problem your channel is getting less traffic than it deserves (only 21.5 k subcribers, which is holding your growth back. This means every time someone searches for (specific keyword), their channel appear, but yours doesn't. as a result, you're missing out on valuable opportunities. I will provide you some errors about your channel
Hi! Just came across your video, learning so much so far. My question is, if we focus fully on how much of a good deal it is for them to buy and how homes are going for way less than asking couldn’t that potentially make them worry about getting the value they feel they’re owed out of their home that they need to sell? (If you have a video that addresses this please let me know) thanks in advance!!

I have had many female agents and they actually do way better than males as far as success. I have never had anyone have an issue with safety but i do go through some tips of caution things to look for ways to make sure they stay safe.
@@duane.richinscoach Duane I could be wrong I remember in previous talks that you mentioned as a female to prospect during day hours primarily and to try to go out there as a duo but to door knock individually. Also to have common sense don’t knock on high crime neighborhoods alone.. no matter the turnover ratio lol
@@duane.richins Thank you for this Duane ! I emailed you and my husband left a voicemail as well about joining your company. Hope to hear from you soon.
Daniel use common sense buddy.. look for single family homes/neighbors in your state and start knocking doors and recording yourself, so that you can get help, self critique and DO BETTER! all the best to you Daniel. Cheers 🍻🍻🍻
I start with inviting them to an event that i am having that month then i will tell them about home that have sold in the neighborhood then from there ask if they have any questions
I live in California ive been knocking for 8 months now im am building a pipeline its not a quick turnaround over here 1 house for sale for every 150 homes. I could get better everyday.
