I’ve been a interior trim carpenter for over 30 years how in the world is it possible there’s a gap at the return you not doing like base in a column where off the bat your cutting them a 47 the people that know know what I’m talking about
Sure as hell beats trying read the instructions, almost went blind trying. Thanks for the vid, I have no knowledge of miter saws and this assembly was quick.
I have the 380 great saw but the pivot vice suck's big time, flops around, and if you tighten the nut underneath the vice won't slide, but for about $2 I fixed it %100, no more vice roll over, no my jamming into the table, I cut 1/4" round with ease, having a secure vice prevents blade damage.
The S380 great saw but the vice suck's big time, BUT for about $2 I improved it 100%, now it doesn't bind, I can cut 1/4 rod, rebar, no more broken blade teeth. ask me how i did it😉👍🏻
Thanks for your interest in our new table saw! We're thrilled it's so popular. We're currently working on getting more in stock and expect them to be available by summer. What would be more interesting is a bit more about Stuart eg his background, jobs, life and what’s lead him to the YT start. I enjoy the videos but you always wonder how did he get to where he is now
Hi Lee, many thanks for the tutorial, it’s been extremely useful to me as I am new to the Evolution range of power tools that I have recently purchased. I am stuck on the Rage 5-S table saw, it seems that the angle adjustment for the 45 degree is not able to get to the right angle. My saw is getting stuck at 43.40 degrees. If I force the wheel to 45 degrees it just springs back. Can you help please? Many thanks 🙏
Good afternoon, please send some photos along with your serial number in to customer.services@evolutionpowertools.com and we'll happily look into this for you. Thanks!

The Fence also has its own mind. I investigated and adjusted but it is very light weight as well as the locking mechanism gives trouble at times. *_Blade Guard_* limits the depth of the board/wood I would like to cut and get in the way. The *_Insert Plate_* (part no. 6) would be better if it was made of Metal, instead of Plastic, and a Zero Clearance Plate would be a bonus. *_Dust Extraction_* need updating as it doesn't work as much as it should. *_Slow Start_* would be much safer than how it start in full phase. I am no expert, but would be nice to have those above sorted. The *_Cross Cut_* mechanism got too much play so, either spend again to get a better mechanism that would fit to this machine. Anu suggestions would be much appreciated. I believe,*_Our World_* is a *Shared Experience_*. Remember, ***_Life_* is *_Short_* so *_Live Long_* and *_Prosper_* ..... 🖖
now fix the swivel vice pad, I fixed it with two washers and some Loc-tite all for a few bucks, NO MORE FLOPPY ASS JAMMING UP FLOPPY VICE THAT WON'T HOLD THE METAL SECURELY. Great saw, crappy vice.
