Making ice cream is so simple really, especially with sweetened condensed milk for sweetness and smooth creamy texture, it amazes me that more people don't do it! In fact, for your viewers that own an ice cream maker, it's even easier! Simply mix the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract and stir. No beating necessary! Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker, and after about 15 minutes of churning, simply add the rum soaked raisins and churn until the raisins are dispersed. Great straightforward video. Thanks 🙏.

Hi there , thanks for watching 😊 There is no specific amount really, what I did was soak the raisins in rum. I have a container of rum soaked raisins that I have preserved for baking fruit cake , I just used some of those. Basically enough rum to ensure your raisins get soaked.
The best one on here, I soak my fruits for a year usually but already used the batch when I got another the other vids stew it down with water my fruit already soaking in red label so this was helpful 👍🏾
Your recipe sounds just like the one I usually use. The only difference that I am not a sweet tooth person, so I cut back a lot on the sweetness. To each his own. But it looks moist and delicious. Enjoy. Happy Easter 🐹🐹
