in fact, the fire started at 12pm, not 12am, as was planned -- that was the error he made. between 12pm and 12am is the crucial time in which all guests could have been evacuated, but they weren't. the 12 hours they never got to have. but they must be killed, because they can never make it all to 12am. the desired outcome can never be achieved. so skull-guy Lucas makes sure of that, the part of you that wants you to suffer most, imagining more and more brutal ways for your friends and family to die... except Eleanor, perhaps because he can't bring himself to.12pm is when the bombs go off, which is why Lucas' death is so quick, falling off the bell-tower at the start of the game. you can even see his body in the garden, and you hear the glass shatter everyday at 1pm... all in all a very heartfelt game with beautiful mechanics.
A problem I have with every review is that line "it doesnt ask you to accept it, it tells you to". at no point in the game the fact that she's lesbian affects anything. This is a healing story. It couldve been a gay dude or some straight people. Works either way. A broken heart's a broken heart.
This guy: Deep emotional tragic story, with many twists and- Me: LSD game about a dragon woman or somethin Edit: The first playthrough I didn’t really understand the message. I knew there was a message because of the lyrics but it didn’t exactly princess until the third or fourth playthrough.
