You can put a silent sound when it's time to take a break, or something else. Because if it's the same, I won't know it's time to take a break when I'm working deep.^^!
damn youtube- was enjoying this until an ad popped up! so annoying that they've done that with the asmr style videos too. Thank you for the video though- very helpful.

I love this video - it's my go-to for work, writing, anything I want to be able to concentrate on with pomodoro timing. Recently, though, it's started popping ads in the middle of the study session, not just at the breaks. I'm hoping that stops as it really knocks me out of the flow. Thank you, Celine, for making this - the coffee shop sounds, with the soft music are really wonderful. Hoping I don't need to go find a new video to use.
Good video but bad timing (I was watching it for late night studies) I am studying vectors gonna stop at 3/4 cause I am too tired to continue moreover I have practical's tomorrow. Gonna continue tomorrow after class :D
Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time • Your headphones. You can focus more with headphones, because they block background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need. • Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. This is not mine, but I hope it helps ppl, so spread it around!
I request you to please continue videos like this. Studying in nature with birds chirping and water flowing with beautiful sight of a sun feels unreal. Please bring back these type of sessions🍂🍂
I just wanted to say, the breathing exercises help me so much when I'm anxious and overall, it's so much more bearable to study with you than alone!<3 I'm having a big, big oral exam coming up and it's not easy to concentrate on my studies instead of the fear because of the exam. thank you so much for this session, currently binging your longer study with me's almost everyday🙏🏼🩶
