So i was about to throw up due to a panic attack and i took my med, got earplugs, started to do a pedi and slowly but surely the nausea dimished until it went away. Really good help this video.

im not sure if im autistic but i do have adhd and i was making toast and i wanted to put peanut butter on it and my mom OPENED THE NEW FUCKING JAR BEFORE FINISHING THE OTHER ONE AND THEN MY TOAST POPPED UP AND I WAS STEPPING ON CRUMBS AND I STARTED CRYING but this helped im feeling better
As a kid i didn't know how to express when i was overstimulated, not only was it difficult to do what i needed to to de-stimulate, but it was lonely to be struggling alone. It makes me really happy that videos like these are out here.
I end up feeling really stupid after my meltdowns, yes I am 50 and I still melt down (like I did today), this piece always makes me feel much better post melt down, thanks ever so much for this.

Very very disturbing... not useful video as it has continuous ads. Kids get disturbed even more with ads. If you are uploading video for autism then you should understand sensitivity and remove ads mid of the music.
