I'll bet that he doesn't know that when you pump more air into the ball, at some point the ball starts getting larger and there is a maximum air pressure the ball can safely hold before the ball just gets LARGER (like a party balloon), BUT the pressure inside will not get noticeably greater until you reach the burst point of the ball (also just like a party balloon). This is usually not a problem encountered using a small hand pump, BUT if you use a mechanical inflator or an air compressor this IS an issue.
This video is useless. You do not tell us how to plug in My ball I bought years ago and it has a very small hole in it The pump I bought last week has a very thin metal tube I need to know how far to push the metal in
I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ru-vid.comUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
Archaeologists lying about Egyptian pyramids The dark horizontal block came first the a half ball was put there with a small bubble on top of it aka suction cup This half ball isn't wide it's a lot narrower than that
Impossible to use the plug removal. The video doesn't even show the plug being flush with the ball. It's sticking up, so of course it works in the video. Push the plug all the way down and do another video. Been trying to get it out for an hour.
For anyone looking for how to remove the plug -- use a spoon to pry it out, as shown in another video (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-c_zNcoLIFLQ.html) This video can't be bothered to show that one, crucial step... 🙄
NOT this easy. Been digging that plug for 10 mins to reinflate, to no avail. Am I seriously the only one? The "tool" is a joke. Good luck trying to reinflate this ball every few days as needed. Returning for another brand. On the plus side, acquired some serious guns from all that pumping.
@@k0lpA Thank you kind stranger! I was also struggling to open the ball back up to add some more air. The tool is useless - then broke my thumbnail and two fingernails trying to pry it open. Spoon worked immediately. 🥄 SPOON, everyone!
Carefully use a butter knife (no sharp edges) and pop out the top just an inch without any pressure or damage to the ball itself. Then use your fingers
Thanks for this! The instructions that came with Weider exercise ball were sketchy and had me looking for a plug to pull out before trying to inflate, which is not at all how it works. Although it appears simple, it's not intuitive for someone who has never seen this done before. It works exactly as this one does but you'd never know it from the asinine instructions. 🙃
