The vocal track on this video is different that the vocals on the Lp Psycho Cafe. I saw Bang Tango preform twice in Charlotte NC at the 4808 Club, and 1313 Club. Once in "88 and again in '89. Met and hung out with them both times. Got the pics. Absolutely one of the best live bands I've EVER seen....and I've seem a great many. Mark, Tigg and Kyle Kyle were particularly nice and cool as fuck to me as a 15- 16 year old rocker!
I consider myself extremely lucky. I got the best of it all. Born in 76. 14 in 1990 so I got to enjoy all these bands in my formative years. Then teens in the 90's and experienced the best of that. So I appreciate all 80's and 90's music but the 80's were way more awesome.
That's a really good and of course uncommon attitude. I've always preferred the thrash end of the metal spectrum but there is such at atmospheric sound to these late hair bands. Makes me think of Tia Carare(sic)s band in Wayne's World lol. It's like the 2nd half of 1988 through 1991 had their own special sound!
Beyond awesome true musicians 💯🤘🤘🤘wow this album is beyond awesome 💯 takes me back to 89 i was 22& I use to see guys play all the time in Hollywood CA those were the days 💯 1989
Hard rock was really turning around to being good again at the very end of the 80s after going through a few years of bubblegum, stale formula but alas, ‘91 happened. Don’t get me wrong. Some of my favorite records were released in 91/92 that were of the new school (RATM, Meantime, End of Silence etc.) but I didn’t want the, late 80s hard rock, to die either. Just as the 80s got tiresome with shallow lyrics about girls, partying and being in a rock band. The 90s got very tired with the mopey lyrics about bad parents, self loathing and drugs. Too many very short lived bands from 89-91 that should have been given more support and a chance to evolve a little with the times.
Almost a good song, sings well until the chorus with an awful quality amateur sounding straining scream for someone like you, if he could nail the scream, might have been different, but yeah turns a nice sounding song into something you want to turn off, unfortunately
80’s hair bands with songs like this could help teach current sexless generations of men how to rock and roll with ladies again…this music draws babes to party like salmon eggs will get fish…springs em right into the “lathered up” phase, babes that is…lol rock on
I'm not huge into Tribute bands, but I've met & seen The Iron Maidens a couple times, aa a roadie for Without Warning. I would LOVE to see a female BT tribute band. "Untied & Tango"?
