This not ofe ose in Edda cuisine, rather miri oku ji for nursing mothers. In Edda cuisine, we dont use yam to make ofe ose we use achi as tickner and use moulded egusi (ahu mpumpu or akpuruakpu egusi). We also dont use garlic or pepper soup spices for ofe ose if you are making it the Edda way. Thanks 🎉
