Art, Music, Cars, Racing, Mazda, BMW, Keeley Electronics, some comedy. SavageGeese, Moore, Road Trips, Family and Travel, mostly video put to audio from my library. However as a Partner of RU-vid, the videos I make pays the contributing Artist/Musician/Performer for each view or play, so I/We thank you for subscribing and playing our work. I mostly film for Mazda and BMW sales in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and I enjoy occasionally filming for other companies, artists, teams, towns, products, or special occasions with family and friends. I enjoy a fun piece to edit. I also perform on music projects as well, found under the name Viewofakind on all platforms. Just art to me, and hope you enjoy the scenes and sounds and hope you can bear some of the commercial stuff that I do while, at least digitally, making record of existence. Thanks for stopping by. Thanks for your review. I consider important as well, to mention: either inthe cx60 or cx 90: If you run out of battery to start it up and you need to move the car, there is NO WAY to put the shifter in neutral position and push the car to move it to a safer or easier place to charge the battery. Software features are way behind other brands or manufacturers. Drivers recognition system fails 3 out of 5 times. (Measured). Windows sound like cracking when they are used. (Up or down). It doesn´t come with antifog headlights. Not even an option and Mazda refuses to install them aftermarket. Left rearvew mirror vibrates once 65 mph and over is reached. Rear suspension feels hard and bouncy, making the experience of driving very uncomfortable. They get "scared" of trucks when over passed and their shadow is projected on the road with the sun at their right (so the shadow is marked on the fast line to overtake) when cruise control is activated, making the car brake hard and dangerously. If the diesel is purchased, (at least in the cx60) it will take about 15 minutes to fully load it. It continously spits fuel and needs to release the air inside the fuel tank. That feature makes me sooo mad...!!! I´m not really sure about recommending their purchase so far. I,m George from Spain.
Thanks for watching, he would be the first to tell you he has a memory problem, so I did indeed help him along, I wonder if you would watch a full interview, hes got some great stories.
If your car hasn't been built yet, it likely will be delayed, as all Miata production was stopped from what I've read, but no mention of the timeline. It may already be back online, but reporting is scarce.
You didn't really explain, in detail, what the 'cheat' is. What did changing the ECU software actually achieve for Mazda? How does it impact the vehicle and the owner experience? Having just purchased a 2024 Miata, I want to know every detail about this, not just high level commentary.
So you have a 2024 RF? This is really all I have at the moment, that's why I left the article in the description and asked for any development to be dropped in the comments, to try and stay ahead of it, and keep you updated as or when more comes out about it, and if you find more please let us know
@@JamesOrtonVideo I did some more research and the ECU rewrite only happened on about 10700 Miatas that all stayed in Japan, none shipped to North America. However, all production has stopped, so that will impact NA dealer inventories and special orders. Mine is a GT soft top and there has been no mention of that model yet.
@@dlg5485 thanks for digging into it, yeah I know that the ones we ordered earlier this year were basically built and sitting already and just shipped after order and vins generated right away, I am hoping they have built all of the 24's,
Cmon Mazda, you're in the middle of an important market shift and already aren't doing that great at least in the US market. I want the best for the brand because I fully intend on a ND3 being my first new vehicle purchase.
You mean after all the success they had launching the Diesel and the gasoline compression engine? Mazda is a dumpster fire and the only thing worse is their dealers.
I love the Miatas. I didn't get the hype until I test drove one from a cool dealership while waiting on my friend to purchase a CX-3. The Mazda CX-50 is a very nice vehicle, my nipples tingle when I see one on the road versus a RAV4 or CR-V which are very popular with the older demographic in the Austin suburban areas.
If anyone is look for a 2014 Mazda CX5, with 109,000 miles. Hit me up. Looking to sell for $14k. Nothing wrong with it, just looking to get a bigger family vehicle.
Thanks for watching and congrats on your mazda 3, you can find adjustment for that in Settings- Center Display-Day/Night Mode, also you can check the level of brightness and contrast within there, not specifically the camera but the whole display, hope that helps
Looking to get this same trim level cx-5 for my daughter. Do you think it would be possible to negotiate $2500 off MSRP and 0%/36 at the same time? Thinking of putting $17k down. 800+ FICO.
That's nice to know, the much bigger one is: Jarvis et al v. Mazda Motor of America, Inc. a putative class action alleging a defect in the cylinder head and resulting coolant leak. Bad look for Mazda
Anyone owning a modern GDI turbo engine from any automaker & not changing the oil every 3-4K miles, is just asking for engine trouble post warranty, build defect or no build defect. Turbo engines are just much harsher on the oil than a naturally-aspirated (NA) engine, due to the fundamental design of how they work.
@@JamesOrtonVideo When I asked race driver extraordinaire Bill Auberlen what he drives, the M8 was his response. Nuff sed. I test drove this one at a U.D.E. it's a great touring car with speed to burn. Quite good cornering despite the weight.
@@JamesOrtonVideo man if the interest rates weren’t so high for used cars (money factor on my lease is .00132=3.20 apr more or less) but I would totally go a few years back and get me a turbo. Though I know they say non turbo engines give less problems and from research some people have pushed their Mazdas to 300k with good preventative maintenance
@@IAmJeka you got the right idea, you might miss a little bass component to your listening but the speakers are so well placed I dont think you will be dissatisfied, or you can add a small subwoofer no biggie, safe travels and thanks for watching!!
There are ways to defeat it but wear and tear isn't what it use to be, the batteries are much larger capacity etc, thanks for watching I think the cx90 is a feat of engineering!
I have a cx-90 inline 6 and the damn hybrid battery is dead after only 16k miles. My car just dropped dead in the middle of the busy intersections. I’d advise don’t get any hybrids until Mazda can sort their shit out!!!
I picked up my non turbo last night! Took a lot of mulling things over, a lot of research, and speaking to a couple of owners to finally decide against the turbo but glad I went that way. The regular model has PLENTY of punch, especially at higher RPMs.
a few that I did factory orders for were built already and just had to ship, so they came in pretty quick, what colors and spec did you get? Congrats btw!🏁
@@JamesOrtonVideo unfortunately a bit limited on behalf of the dealer. RF Auto with soul red paint black interior. I wanted the mt, but they couldn't order it. I guess its a region thing. Thanks btw
