@@muditarugstudio I went that route first.... I have five needles all with different sized holes and the one that works with the size 4 yarn unfortunately rips the fabric instead of just punching through the hole already there. I'm using monks cloth on my needle punching frame same as you..... I'm just at a loss as the only needle that actually seems to work properly (not ripping the fabric apart) is just slightly too small for size four yarn.... TT uTT
