Well done mate im guessing you probably dont use this youtube now but im very conscious about my arms and legs being thin so im just wondering after all of that what differences it made to your arms and legs in size or if anyone else who sees this has done this any help is appreciated
@stephenbartosiak1706 thank you very much for the comment, I found that I lost weight in the arms and legs on the 4th week. With a diet this strict, it is possible to lose muscle mass when fat reserves are low. It would be much better to do this diet for 8 weeks, eat more protein daily (feed the muscles & lose the fat). All the best.
@@motorbikewaythanks for the reply mate im only looking to maybe lose a stone maybe 2 so probably wont go to the 8 weeks just need to lose these man boobs and a bit belly
Hi Frazer, Pleased you are getting some holiday time, Mrs F came to Amsterdam on a cruise with a friend and visited your restaurant, but sadly it was when you were closed for a few days. All the best, Bob F
Good luck with the sale of the business, Frazer. I've been following and enjoying your videos for a bunch of years now, and can't wait to see more. Cheers !
I'm a bit confused. You have "blue" antifreeze in the UK? We only have green antifreeze here in the states, and I've never even seen blue antifreeze. They use orange "Dexcool" in most new American vehicles now. And what is "De-ionized water" exactly? I've read about it for science experiments. But here, we use distilled water for topping off lead acid batteries, and filling up engines, I thought distilled water was sufficient because all the iron, acids, and minerals are removed during distillation.
Yes I saw you busy Sunday and Monday evening, also Lon busy on the Sunday, glad to see your a success in Amsterdam, the place is beautiful and the people we met our out this world and so helpful, you take care anther time for a catch-up and beer 🍻🍺
I know this was long time ago, but man! Starting that motor was dramatic! I felt excited when it finally started. Seems like the spark plugs were a bit dirty.
Officially, the business is for sale, and listed on our website. Average sale time is around 2 years, so it really is the waiting game. After the sale, the plan will be to return to the UK as soon as possible. All the best!
All in all, a well done video. Thank you for taking the time and effort and sharing your knowledge. I would urge you to caution your viewers, however, to monitor the brake fluid reservoir, as the level will rise and often overflow when pushing the pistons back in. The paint on the bike will not like the brake fluid, guaranteed 😢
Hope to see you on some more adventures soon, ive still got a zx6r j2, had it 20 years outlasted all the others, best built bikes ever, take care, Frazer
Come on Frazer, give us some new content ... you have a willing audience, the old stuff being regurgitated over and over again doesn't quite cut the mustard.
It's very difficult to find the time for new adventures. Making these short videos was purely for reminiscing, and practicing my video editing. Most of my adventures here are cycling. I don't think they'd be a good fit for this channel. All the best, and thanks for the comment.
Work to live mate, don’t live to work. You only get one shot at this life, don’t waste a day… I closed my business down because i wasn’t living (it was a hugely successful one too, everyone thought I was mad)…. Was the best thing I ever did… never looked back.
@@motorbikewayno worries, just do whatever YOU need to. Closing a business down or moving on isn’t a failure, it just means you’re meant to do other things. I ran my business for 8 years and that was enough, I achieved what I wanted to but the pull to go and achieve other dreams was stronger…. You’re a “doer” go out and do many things. Live life my friend and ride 🤣🤘🏻🤘🏻.
Good going mate! I’ve got the same target to hit in 7 weeks. Luckily I packed in the booze 2 years ago so as long as I eat healthy should manage it. Thanks for video.
Thanks, I do love a meaty Fray Bentos. I heard about the Cheddar road closure, but I'm not sure how serious the idea is yet. Hopefully, it's just the Sunday closure for the walkers 🤞
Hi Frazer .. Sorry to say but I have had to unsubscribe on the basis i of your cycle safety.. I note that when you are walking and camping you wear proper protective footware and layers in case of trips to protect your ankles. However on your motorbike vloggs you wear nothing and i mean Literally nothing apart from the legally required helmet. Just tea shirt jeans and trainers. So you worry about a sprained ankle and keeping your feet dry but not worried about losing a foot on a bike :( . I would suggest obtaining at set of Panniers and store your bike safety gear before starting your vlogg in ordinary day clothes. It is just a personal decision going by the bikers rule of . Buy a good helmet and biker clothing then buy the bike you can afford after that; even if its only a honda 50 cub .. This comes after one of my mates lost a foot on a bend when he slid with his left foot trapped under the gear pedal and road . Proper bikers boots would have meant the stainless steel pins and crutches for maybe a year. Please sort this out Frazer cus I just love your travels :)) 😓💯🙏🙏🙏🙏
