What have your successful Thai friends been doing for investments for funding their retirement, other than their children supporting them. My old landlord who was born in Bangkok owned a lot of real estate all around Thailand. In Bangkok he owned a 30 unit apartment building and would rent out floors of it for businesses to move into and also rent out rooms by the night, like a hotel. He also owned farmland in Udon Thani and would let farmers live on the land and he would get a share of the crops..

Yes they are talking about open bangkok in October but have not set the date and don't talk about what restrictions they will have , which countries can go there and other restrictions that they might have . Here around 33.4 M Doses in total . Aroumd 600,000 of people already got their 3rd shot , 8.7 M 2nd shot , around 24.2 M. got their 1st shot . Sorry for late reply Freddie . 🙏🙏
😅 I really think you're a sweetheart, however I was tired and frustrated just listening to you go through all the red tape, to do anything. I mean do Thai authorities really believe real tourists, who are looking to unwind and relax, will call that a vacation....I am better off grilling in my backyard. Btw I love Phuket, I visited and will hopefully visit again, just not under this nightmare.
I am happy that Thailand is trying it's best to vaccinate all Thai's and opening up Thailand but sadly now Thailand on Red List for European's so no Travel 2021 unless big changes on both sides Thank you for all your hard work 🙏❤️🇹🇭
