Thats a lot of work for three tiny holes and for a awesome result. Don t buy cheap chinaschoes! Give your money to hand crafting people like him and try to recreate your shoes.
While not perfect. It’s certainly not a bad fix and not something easily noticed if not knowing it was there. Well done What did you use over the cracks that didn’t have holes?
This seems a triumph of technology over experience. Hopefully this is a one-off clean as I can't imagine any suede shoes being able to take more than one such beating from you. There is nothing 'beautiful' about taking baby soft suede shoes and turning them into Grandpa Wrinkles. At the end they looked like something you could strike a match against.
fake, the worked on shoe does not have the horizontl line across the shoe heel as presented at the beginning of the video,it's another shoe swapped in for the video for the fake fix also there is no way to disguise a sandpaper abrasion to make it look polished.an abrasion is always horribly visible
Can you do a video on all your cleaning products? Including what shop vac and steamer you use? Or, can you reply to this comment with that info? Thank you for all your awesome videos!!!
Sometimes you have to just call it a day and get rid of an old pair of boots. Take care of them and make them last through the years, but know when to call it.
Hi bro,its honoured to chat with you,all are noce vdoes n informative,i m from India would likecto start a cobbler firm lije this in my okace india, could you help me out to srarr this, oks advise me what are the mechineries are required for this unit and jiw to get training if possible, Because here mechanised professional labour are not available... Ols help me out..m😊
Semi retired shoe cobbler here I have done this many times over a 40 year career. Most people dont realize is the reason someone would have this done is because they are so comfortable. If you have shoes/boots that are comfortable you dont mind that it's not like new you just want them to last as long as possible so you don't have to painfuly break in another pair it's not always about appearance or price comfort is very important to some people. Something for viewers to consider before making negative comments. Excellent job sir.
I m honoured to talk to you such an enormous experience man as cobblers,I m from India,i would to start a firm of cobbler to do the shoe repairing, but u fortunately seldom mechanised professional in this field in india,if you don't mind, could you help out on this, what kind of machines have to purchase and so on... pls
Also a retired cobbler this is a good repair I used to do similar work myself but I also told customers how to prevent this from happening letting shoe/boots dry out polish and shoe trees
Your video is so useful. It's awful that people are so wasteful and just throw away things so easily. I think you are a true craftsman who is helping to promote the value of quality goods. I hope less things will end up in landfill and you can help people save money too!!!
