That's cool, but wash it, prime it and and paint it like a boss! Project should be easier cuz it's a larger, so considering size I would think would be on your side. Man I have to use a magnifying glass to do the other mini ones. Just the suggestion. It might be a lot of fun
@@KuPaoChicken I painted a few, just really washed it and stuff, they're in my videos. But, I belong to a FB group that does SUPER cooll customs. I should try more!
This can be combined with the Heavy Stonehenge to form a larger tower fortress. Those towers can also be pulled around by other vehicles that include a tow hitch or move on their own. The treads molded in the bottom of this bunker is to provide that illusion.
My last deployment I had a Prostitute hand that read my mind basically. Electric pulses beneath the scin etc. Guys were being redeployed into combat after losing hands, legs etc and that used to be impossible but they were just as capable as any other soldier.
During my time in the Corps and later the DOD I've seen emerging technology and the "Glass" face is modeled after airplanes but we shouldn't assume that it's glass. Far more likely some other material. I've seen acrylics that were transparent and shrugged off 50 cal rounds that tore through steel and the angle of deflection helps but realistically there won't be a pilot inside at all. They'll be drones. Not very big and not overly expensive. We deployed with testbed technology often and we had a "Mule" as well as a "tiger" . The mule was meant to carry 4-6 hundred pounds of gear for us and it worked well enough for that but the noise level was unfeasible. It's absolutely INCREDIBLE the leaps and bounds our tech has made. On my last deployment every team had several drones/robots with them. Hummingbirds , rc planes and helicopters with cameras and on board explosive like a grenade to kamikaze them or laze for the reapers and other ordinance. Spiders and "droides" Shape of a pipe bomb with 2 wheels on the ends and cameras. Things that look like tennis balls in size and shape with gyro control, cameras and microphone to listen. Went out a couple times with treaded and four legs platforms about 4ft tall and equipped with a saw and grenade launcher etc .Like in the film a law abiding citizen I think? Cemetery convoy scene. This was a really fun video. I have always loved things in miniature ! I love the cat. Mine is very similar. If I want to pet her she's just out of reach but if I'm doing something then she'll get between me and it and all the stereotypes 😂 Uncomfortable truths at times but stereotypes exist for a reason. They didn't form in a void. I hope that you and those you care for are happy, healthy, and safe . Semper Fidelis P.S I apologize for any words that are out of context or poor punctuation and misspellings. I lost my hand in Afghanistan so now I dictate rather than type and the program is not perfect.
@@jacobfoster9185 dang you saw a lot! Thanks for your service. I think it might make sense for a more long distance mech as well to have a see through canopy. Didn't think about the material being that tough! Wow.
You've perfectly proven that the HG kit is well put together and not janky as your other ones break apart. The Nacchin is dumb it's top heavy and what keeps it from falling over with those little feet a ridiculous tail? THAT's dumb... For $36 CAD I've found them it's a great kit.
@@xpluscollectorscrew cool! I'm using the nacchin kit more to show that for the price they could have easily added more details like the interior. I might still get the interior kit to review.
@@littleBIGrobots If you're at all familiar with HG-lines with bandai, they are known for superb posability, selection (eventually there should be a lot of different AT's) and lately starting with the origins gundam kits they have great molds and great engineering which is present in the scopedog, the plastic is thicker than normal on these kits as the box says. HG was never known for insane inner-workings or frames, for that you go to Real Grade or Master Grade kits, I know they don't have Votoms RG or MG kits yet but the box also doesn't lie about what to expect. You demonstrate several times how "hand-grenade-like" the other kits you showed were, with pieces flying off easily so that in and of itself shows a good strength you simply ignored. Also the dimensions of the kit are anime-accurate, you fail to mention that also. MY point is that you completely ignore what makes the kit great and instead focus on things that aren't generally expected in the HG line of models from anyone familiar with the line.
@@xpluscollectorscrew good point, but I'm pointing out what I don't like about it, for a lot that was as pricey as it was. I've built hundreds of bandai kits so I'm familiar, but also familiar with how much better this should have been for the price. But you're right, I didn't cover ever aspect of the kit, I'm not good at you tubing lol
Also I’d ask ya to go look at my community page from earlier, it’s showing a dirt cheap 3-or-so inch kit from Rihio with opening hatch, etc. It’s modular, customizable, etc. This scope kit intentionally left out one of the coolest aspect of the design - the interior, and sold it separately. If you know other lines, you can see just how crappy of a design choice that was, and how the kit is cool, sure, but not for that price.
Never had any of the planets only remembered have Light and sounds Graveheart action figures from the Shadow Raiders tv show, always regret not buying the rest. The Ice Planet looks more like an ice colour Battle Moon from the show, as Rock is the only ones who had moon size battle stations and they looked like it.
@@littleBIGrobots it is base on the War Planet franchise but with a struggle story between life and death. The Beast Planet is seen as Unicron almost sentient being that attack and devour other planets. It has some very good CGI animation, it and Roughnecks: Starship Troopers Chronicles were both based on their respectful franchises and both had a very dark action theme to them.
So did you buy anymore of the "Stryker" types? Now that I got the grey version (will give my opinion in another video of yours), I may buy the Beige version as I was going to buy that one until I saw the grey version.
@@mingsbao so that you can't weigh them to know which one you are getting. If someone had them all and was like "this one weighs this much" then you could just weigh them in the store to know.
Thank you, I see. I am from China and I know these mechs are about 250-300rmb in China which is like 30-40ish dollars. I think I can live with minor QC issues in that range but 60+ dollars is not cheap tbh.
I was interested in this kit due to the more militaristic look, though I think I'll pass on it due to the flimsiness. That's what annoyed me most with the other 30mm kits. Thanks for the review!
A month late but happy birthday sir There aren't many youtuber out there reviewing niche (and small scale) kit like No57 and Rihio, so thank you for your review
@@geneticfreezerburn yeah looks similar to games that came before titalfall, wanna say it looks like a mech from MechWarrior)battle tech as well. Not a ton of super original designs out there, just improvements in quality.
