I knew many CU athletes from texas back in the 1970s/1980s......they used to be housed in Brackett Hall...I worked in Libby next door...Elois Mickens was my boss...A sister from St louis....so everyone hung out at my office.........it was a SAFE space for everyone...and they also hung out at my crib when the coaches at CU beat up the players....kids ....they were brutal on those "kids".....Deion seems to bring dignity to his players......teaches them to be men ....I admire that...LONG overdue....and I only wish such roll models were around in the 1970, etc.....I find the era of Malloy and REverend Coach as embarrasing and rascist...f*ck "em
