there is a lot of fraud in the regulation. commerce is a privilege and can be regulated, but if that regulation violates or diminishes constitutional right, that regulation becomes invalid and we have a constitutionl right not to comply with that invalid rule or regulation. cdl is fraud, dont need it because traveling is a right and not a privilege even in commerce. that is constitutional law. any regulation or rule that diminish our right are not enforceable. if it is enforced , then file a civil suit. anything constitutional is a higher than any federal, state, or local law, rule, or regulation which can not be deprived. drug test are invalid, so is the limitation on drive time. the 11 hour in the 14 hour time period. its a violation of constitutional law. i explain it here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-f2MTjhs5y9k.html
Hi, I'm starting a box truck company that is a non cdl truck. In the dqf folder on the employment app shows several items for a cdl driver. Do I leave it all blank and sign the bottom?
Do I have to enroll in a drug program even if I'm just driving a box truck 🚚 non cdl? Some people say yes because the fmcsa asks for all cdl drivers over 26,000lbs vehicles have to enroll but others say it doesn't apply to me because yes my box truck weight is 2,600lbs alone but I'm a none cdl driver/owner operator. -California Can someone please help 🙏
Can you get your DOT/MC# without insurance? Maybe get that process outta the way then when your ready to start running fright, go ahead and get your insurance activated?
Hi just found out I have 3 points been in business for 25 years 3 fix it tickets in Cali now progressive won’t insure me how do I clear them this is crazy but just called Jj Keller permits and my dot is active crazy stuff just payed for my fmcs permits they took the money ha confused why didn’t fmcs let me know before they took my money

@@TheBandafall2003 yes you do .You need to be legal or at least be a legal permanant resident they ask for legal immigration status at the DMV before issuing CDL license and you also need to have a SSN without any work restrictions.
I have a UPS street address for my business. But when filling out my DOT Authority it asks, is the applicants principal place of business address the same as the applicants contact address? Do I put my UPS street address or my home address where I live?

@@RockyRackstor there is a group on Facebook named CDL 4 life. They have dispatching classes available for free. That's where I got a lot of my info. And watching a lot of RU-vid videos on the subject.
@@1800fedup I don't know why you wouldn't get your truck first because it's a much greater expense than the operating authority. I run hotshots and ran under someone else's authority until I got my own.
