It's an Insta360 Go 3. Placed inside an Arai RX7X I took the liner off the right cheek back and taped magnets to it and then put the liner back on. Then I made a shim out of cosplay foam to level out the area. I glued magnets to both sides of this foam. The foam attaches to the helmet and the camera.
@@raikoafm702 I gotta one more dumb question, do you ride Redwood Road in East Bay? I used to ride with this crew up there and a guy named Sherman, blew his motor, then cold tire crashed his buddies bike. Just wondering if I already knew you.
@kg1040 Very rarely. If you ever see an all carbon S1000RR around that's me. If I'm out for a ride were usually going through Mt Ham/Mines or around Alices
I admit I hesitated and caused it to be closer than it should have been. But we both made it fine. If I didn't hesitate it wouldn't have been so close. It being a track day vs a race day though.. it's A group it was a tight pass but it was still clean and within the rules for the group i was in. It wasn't a lunge I had already shown half a bike and he saw it in the video. I had set things I wanted to work on for this TD for my racing, passing was apart of it since I'm too passive and considerate in races.
he was turning in. the idea that "we both made it fine" is a reason that a pass like that is ok is Bull$#@!. Also, "I had some things i wanted to work on" is some "I am the main character" stuff....maybe that kid you cut was working on some stuff. The right answer would have been, "ya, i made a bad pass there. I apologized to the guy after the heat. I try not to be a dirty rider, but mistakes happen". You're doing 2 min laps so you're quick not fast. Maybe take some tips from the guy that passed you like you were standing still at 10:25@@raikoafm702
For real. It does happen and I have been guilty of breaking the 6 foot bubble rule. Hell...I have broken the 12 inch bubble. I have come into 14 on the inside of someone so hot that I had to drop the break and run wide so i dont slide into them. But I toss a hand up...stop by their pit and apologize. I don't say, "since no one crashed its not a problem". I own it. Not everyone has the same risk tolerance as me and it wouldn't be right for me to expect them to meet me at my line. I see it like this also...The track community isn't that big. We only have 4 providers and 4 tracks and we all hit Thill more than any of them. We will see eachother again. Yes, this is a track but it's not a race...no need for bad blood at 160mph :) @@raikoafm702
@zyou8er They don't used enough on the track anymore, so it's hard to find track oriented second hand parts unfortunately. Thinking about changing platforms to a Triumph or if Yamaha releases the R9. Well see. Honda is also releasing the 600rr that's only been in Japan world wide if the rumors are true which means electronics package. Engine still the same since 07.
@@raikoafm702 I see. I personally haven’t been to track in years, and just recently picked up another CBR but I’ll sign up once I get a slipper clutch.
Obviously you want to start off on a 1000. Once you almost die or realize it's too fast for you, you'll want a Ninja 400 because you got tired of fast people lapping you on slow bikes. So you'll get a Ninja 400. After that youll start the process of asking about gear, mods, and tire pressures. Youll take pictures often asking how your tire wear works and if you should change yoir suspension set up or the psi youre running. And then after all that you'll want more power Once you spend time on it and get a 600. Congrats you have 3 bikes, 4 if you also went extra af and go a mini for the go kart tracks. Oh also, you're now an addict and should probably go to meetings at some point.
