Also, it would be nice if you could include land acknowledgement for the Tlingit/Lingit people who have stewarded this land for generations before Russian and American occupation. Literally right next to the Pioneer Home is the Naa Kahídi house, a local performance venue modelled after Tlingit Clan houses where the Naa Kahídi dancers often perform. We also have Totem Park, which is just a short 10 min-ish scenic seaside walk from downtown.
As someone who lives a literally a block away from the cemetery, I would like to ask anyone who is considering visiting the graves to please be extra respectful when visiting the sites. Yes, there are historic graves, but we also have graves of people whose families still live and are active members of our community. I know not every visitor is disrespectful, but I've seen too many people treat the graveyard like a public park instead of the sacred place that it is. Please, please, PLEASE be extra courteous when visiting our town, and like... don't be weird.
Going out on a limb...years ago I had my after school students from Pennsylvania, conduct a pen pal event with students from Sitka. I wonder if there could be anyone around who participated.
Thank you for the video! I got it based on your review and i love it,i tested it during my trip to Milan/Italy which is notorious for pickpocketers, never felt as safe.
Awesome! I agree, I used my first Pacsafe for our trip to Italy as well, used all the built in features including securing the strap to our umbrella and beach chair at the beach . Such a great product.
Something of small interest… When we talk about fast food, there were three major chicken restaurants. 1. The first KFC was located at 15th Avenue and Highway 97 at Central Plaza. 2. Red Hen was located at the corner of Victoria Street and 20th Avenue (kitty-corner from the first Dairy Queen and the old Connaught Jr. Sec School). At that time, Victoria Street ended at 20th Avenue. 3. Brownies Fried Chicken was located on 15th Avenue and Johnson Street (right across from the KFC).
Nice review, Used LS200 for years but with upgraded shoulder strap, its a massive upgrade. It is not cheap these days, but when you travel for day/weeks it pays for itself: Domke 725-310 FA-031 U.S. Post Office Shoulder Pad Proper rubber, not neoprene, one of a kind item
I have some pacsafe bags. This pacsafe backpack is really worth every penny. The backpack strap is very comfortable when you carry heavy things inside the backpack! I love your honest review Tina! Stay healthy stay safe !
Really really specific question here lol, will this thing fit both your iPad Mini and e-reader like a Kindle in that same sleeve? Thanks! Love these reviews
@@TinagirlTravelsawesome, I appreciate it! I’m going nuts trying to find a good stylish crossbody that holds an iPad Mini, Kindle, and sunglasses case lol. I know I’m going to end up with one larger than I was thinking sooo currently binging reviews hah

it's just what you expect from a budget airline. It's their job to get you from a to b and you choose to do this as cheaply as possible. And they get you safely from a to b. all's well that ends well
