Yes it does. There are videos on RU-vid which analyzes everything, from the temperature, to thickness, and they estimate the exact time it took to make them fail. The sad thing is that they had technology available in the 1970s which would have prevented this, but didn’t use it due to cost. The new building has such fire retardants on all its steel beams.

Been watching lots of 9/11 videos past few days. This is the only one that showed locations of stairwells in relation to the impact. Makes it easier to understand the people getting trapped, and why some were able to escape through one remaining stairwell. Well done.
