No, you are doing a disservice to everybody looking for good help. If you got it on video or paper & it's proven that he did it Rat his butt out. Don't let him go do it to someone else. I always had whoever I worked for begging me to come back but I was always doing a mission. Once, I had a guy have a hidden camera on me & freaked out because I ate lunch while working taking bites every 5 minutes. Then, finish each job way ahead of time. He came at the end of the job & tried to pay me more money but I was only there to finish because he said he had a guy shaft him. I even found tools they were hiding hat he forgot about
