every impact had a 1.5 ah battery so it was fair. Each product was chosen because they were the least expensive brushless for each brand and that is the number one factor when it comes to a buying decision. Im aware dewalt makes better stuff, but this was a fair comparison.
I'm not really surprised with the Bauer Run Time. I've noticed the batteries on my Bauer stuff seems to last quite a while compared to other brands. I have a few different platforms, but the Dewalt is no longer one of them...they have fallen vary behind in everything playing on their namesake rather than keeping up with other brands, and their prices are ridiculous for the lackluster performance. I have Bauer, Hercules, Ryobi, and Ridgid. All do pretty well, and I don't do any professional work requiring any of these tools so they'll all be just fine for the home DIYer needs, or the occasional user, or home shop tools. I'm surprised you didn't test the Hercules in this video given you had the Bauer....would be a really good comparison...another would have been the $40 Warrior from Harbor Freight as well.
I wish you would’ve done Hercules so much better than baur, it’s a really good impact driver almost as much as Milwaukee and dewalt for a third the price
@@LifeProjX yeah it does.i don’t know how long they’ve been out but all of Hercules brushless impacts are amazing for the price. They had a sale for a 5ah battery battery charger and a bare tool for 99 that just ended a couple of weeks ago
How was the dewalt the winner of the first it’s longer where you need shorter and shorter where you want longer and lighter which means probably less durable
@@Mr.vanman or use a drill for screws? Save the impact for bigger jobs, but even then a drill could do them all aswell. Everyone just buys an impact because they sound cooler but not a single person knows the difference. Hell, even Home Depot claims to use drills for “SMALL” jobs.
Gotta go yellow. Ive used them for years while also having some red and some orange. It just held up way better than the others. While ive burnt out the others dewalt has pushed through. You gotta stop shitting on dewalt
I love my ryobi, i use my 1/4 impact to do a lot working as a technician. It will even take off lug nuts with a 1/2 adaptor. It will beat the Milwaukee in the shop. For half the price or less
I use a variety of tool brands from festool down to ryobi but I still personally only say that the people who hate on ryobi's Oneplus tools are people who haven't used them. I am not going to pretend that they are the best tools available but when you can get some of them on sales it's ridiculous how cheap they are especially for certain tools or tools you don't use super often. I will also say that the only tool brand I have consistently ran into issues with cordless tools is DeWalt. Its not to say that everything is bad but I just have had more issues with batteries and tools not working well or breaking than any other manufacturer.

I’m a solid Milwaukee guy mainly because I bought Milwaukee first and then just stuck with the platform but I think a Lot of the choice depends on the user and what he is doing for work.

It's great ..I love my 12v xtreme set though.. which bauer could start a 12v line and knock it out da park!!.. hercules is about to go brushless 12v compact line too.. they are getting rid of all the older brushed 12v...which I love.. but I think their new line will be milwaukee competitors.. like the 20v

I beat it up pretty bad. I was using it professionally, and I just don't think the ryobi was made for that. On the other hand it is half the price of the Milwaukee. it's just fine for a diyer or casual use.
Sorry guys but Ryobi sucks Really!! Rather have the harbor freight Bauer edition stuff all day everyday especially for the price kicks DeWalt and Milwaukee butt!! That little impact driver!! Has ever bit of 3,500 ft PSI of torque!! Not too bad for Chinese equipment Ryobi is pretty much Chinese seriously anything LTD has been processed with parts from China seriously just like a lot of other parts in the world China has copied all of them I don't know how they got the copyrights list they actually had spies still in blueprints from companies!! I am in the process of testing out the Milwaukee and, not to give away to much, but its pretty awesome so far. I do like the Bauer. especially for the price though!
