Just wondering why you don't run this remotely and save the big expense of an office ? You would have much better profits without that expense. I work for an inc 5000 company that makes 7 mil a month .... they have no office 😊. Its not needed for a cleaning company.
Totally valid point and well spotted. I have debated this several times personally and do like the split from home and work. Plus it’s an escape when I need some space.
Outbound is pure numbers game Gabriel. Pick an area and type ie schools in this part of town and email every single one of them, then follow up, call in etc. I call that being in the trenches sometimes just got to get the name out.
Hey Chris , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with Highly Engaging Thumbnail + Video Editing which will surely increase your CTR & AVD which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience ! Please Lmk what do you think ?
Simple as buying the stuff buddy and taking it to your local uniform place to chuck the logos on. Some won’t do it but I know the guy who owns who does ours so no problems.
Full-time job just doing the RU-vid! JCD and Grey Water must come first of course! Still enjoy your LinkedIn posts regardless 🙌. Look forward to the next one when ever that may be🙌
I’ve bin watching you for a while and your doing a great job no need apologise it’s obvious business comes first. Me and my mate have just set up an exterior cleaning business and we are busier than we thought we would be. We wanted do videos but we just not had time and we never done it before but we will get there one day. Enjoy your weekend
Great video and good editing to keep the viewers attention but, make the thumbnail more obvious. Most people don't know what you mean by "SAVE cleaning". Second, this could become a great video with a back story such as you've struggled to clean your house and now you will put it to the test or something. 3rd, better thumbnail. I still don't know what you mean by saving cleaning by your thumbnail. It is just what you had the title as.
Don’t see that being problem on most cleaning contracts as these are generally part time 2-4 hours in the evening or is the battery that bad? I’m waiting for a me a free sample. 😀
great video!! lots of great information. Question on the drainage business. Would you recommend being onsite on the job as the owner? looking to potentially get into a drainage Franchise but would rather be doing the management as opposed to being on the job if that makes sense. Would love to hear your thoughts. Keep up the great work
Hey Chris , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos than your Editor and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach to a wider audience ?
I really like your content. Video quality and beyond the content itself, your authenticity as a host resonates with listeners like myself. But one thing that I notice is your editing is not inline with the quality of your content. I wish I could edit those and bring out some compelling shorts that definitely boost the views.
A slightly budgetier version of this would be a Vocaster Two instead of that big Rode audio interface and the cheaper and smaller Rode PodMics. Also, cheaper and smaller mic boom arms. But, like you say, you built your dream setup. Good on you!
Hi I found your videos a great source of entertainment but also more importantly very useful. I’m currently planning on starting my own cleaning business in the next few months,I was an industrial cleaner many years ago and fancy self employment cleaning commercial shops, offices, end of tenancies etc Would you consider making a video of basic start ups - equipment and consumables etc or any advice would be appreciated Thanks Mark.
I’ve been a commercial buyer for a while. The contract is always biased in favour of the company buying the goods or service not the supplier. A lot of buying techniques and systems are designed to lock the supplier in tight whilst giving easy get-outs to the buyer. Some companies like supermarkets and automotive companies are rigid and ruthless in screwing their suppliers hard.
