Yeah...that, and going from bottom to top. To me, that's just nerve-wracking! He's thorough... but he needs to learn how to do the job right. Going bottom to top creates more work, and that slows down the job!
Did mine few days ago. Actually surprised. Previously I hand sand it properly from 400 to 2000 sand paper then spray and polish it. Since I moved out from my parents to an apartment I don't have the room to do such work. This kit was surprisingly OK. Not perfect. But ok

You can use it without the entire guard,you'll cut the line yourself basically by just using it,seen a lot of lawn care business owners that use their strimmers like that,without the guard
