This Shit doesnt even work, ive had shown a multiple times the enemy has a blue internet connection , i accepted it and then it was orange or red , then i left and got penalty warning , this new system is trash
Just came to watch this over again, and gotta say was a good revisit to my online start in Storm. Also feel like most of the list is accurate to my own, but would definitely bais Hidan higher. 😈
There was absolutely no reason to make it so complex. Just give the quitter a loss and the winner a win.. Like in literally ANY serious competitive game...
Have u played casual bro? There are so many people on there running meta bs. I booted up the game after work the other day and ran into an edo Minato, with Ishiki and Hagorommo, running and spamming his UJ.... this game just breeds sick and disgusting people. I often have to switch from my experimental/fun team to a serious team because I know after I look for a new casual match the game will only give me the same annoying meta merchants i was trying to avoid. This sometimes makes me give up and switch to Ranked.
Yeah I get it in casual too, some players in Storm are rather desperate to win even if it's not ranked. Some of the create lazy playstyles with supports that will carry them to victory. It sucks. I guess it's a question of character balancing in that part.
While I love this update, it introduces a new issue which I am facing. There are also other issues I hope they change in future updates. 1. My main issue is that innocent people will be penalised for game crashes. I received many crashes prior to the update and post update after an hour or 2, I received 2 crashes. Now, if this continues I will likely lose BP and note that I have never RQ'd or received an orange bar before. Edit: a solution could involve displaying an error code with a unique ID which the player who crashed would be given the chance to enter the ID the next time they login Naruto online. If the user didn't save the code or chose to skip the option window to appeal the warning, they get penalised while those who enter the ID get an exception. This kinda like the UK TFL fine system which you can appeal within a set time period. 2. My issue is regarding Countering. This mechanic was pretty good in S4, which didn't necessarily punish the player badly who fell for it, but gave opportunities to the countering player to follow it with shuriken play or a justu. It also reduced your chakra gauge, so there was a risk to using it. Storm connections on the other hand gives users infinite usage of this, leading to some troll abusing it without much repercussions. I have literally watched opponents use the counter 3-5 nonstop when they're out of subs while I sit and watch. This is especially an issue when players base their who playstyle around it. This causes the game last longer than it should if one can't counter it, especially with the input lag playing a factor here. It becomes rather pathetic and annoying when you are forced to use ninjustu and shuriken plays, wait for an opening when they counter or predict when they counter when you dash to them and cancel to attack them, as you know they will sub and repeat what they're doing throughout the match. I believe we should have repercussions using counters such as losing a bit of our chakra gauge. Another way CC2 could go about it would be limiting how many counters can be used in a single round or match. Aggressive taijustu players shouldn't be forced into such situations like this. 3. Puppet masters. They are straight up annoying to play against when they have double guard from the puppet and the puppeteer, have faster recover when you collide with them in a chakra dash leading to follow up chakra dash or grabs. Another issue you'll experience is that they abuse the counters from point 2 if you get passed or down their puppets. While I enjoy using PTS Tenten, I shouldn't be forced to stunlock them with shuriken or her 1000 strike justu followed by dash (and potentially them countering if they blocked the justu) until a timeout to deal any damage. I believe there are ways to make them easier to go up against, such as puppeteers having no guard and only the puppets. This would balance out if the you chakra dash them while they guard with their puppets defending them and the puppeteers also having a guard. I have also noticed the puppets have a strange hitbox when they guard too, being unable to reach the puppeteers. I also don't think I've seen the puppets guard break before either. The recovery time from a collision with the opponent shouldn't give the puppets an opportunity to instantly attack the player with follow ups. In the case of the puppet not having a guard or a weak guard while the puppeteer keeps their guard, that would also work.
I agree! You get good or get off! They are doing amazing things with this game especially when you compare it to when it released! Its basically a brand-new game. Its becoming more acceptably competitive or at least making its way up the latter towards those games like Tekkan etc. It makes me that much more excited to see what comes in storm 5 eventually. Great video! Like from me sirki.
Yeah. If you got a laggy connection, just stick to playing with friends or casuals. No one wants to fight a laggy connection on ranked, that's a lot of people's main complaint.
All I want from this game now is : 1- increasing the strength of the guard 2- return the movement of the shuriken in the air to escape 3- reducing the time for the return of ninja tools 4- making the counter consume the chakra meter 5- preventing the for support yellow bar from being replenished when it is full .... if they fix and change this game i will back to play thisss game , but now i will play storm 4 and another fighting games
