How do people look at riders in the netherlands? Is as accepted as any other country or is it culturally more looked down upon because of the great public transport and cycling infrastructure?
Hi, could u tell us ur settings? Are u in track mode with track response? And are u in supermoto mode with mtc and abs off. And how do u power wheelie it in third? Do u pull real hard with ur body. Or just High rpm and a lot of throttle?
Hi, in this video TC was turned off. Usually I ride in track mode with Anti-wheelie off and gas response on 'street'. Power wheelies in 3rd gear are a combination of being in the correct RPM range and working with your body.
@@MotoSjaak perfect, i will try that. Thank u so much. One more question. Do u feel like its easier to do all wheelie with mtc off? Or does it not really matter
Hi, I'm using a different helmet for filming. I've mounted a chin mount on the helmet and I'm using a windslayer to muffle harsh wind noise. This was a particularly windy day so it didn't hold up against it very well but usually does a good job. In terms of camera setup, this was filmed in 4k 60fps with shutter speed on 1/120 and ND filter 16. However if I could do it over again I would go with a 30fps and 1/60 shutter speed to give it some extra motion effect.
Do you get much headshake with the 890R? Can't seem to fix mine. Also, does your front brake have a bit of slack before the bite? I have bled mine several times but can't seem to get rid of it. Nice riding!
Hi, I changed the fork oil in my steering dampener which helps reduce the headshake. Also a good suspension setup is key in reducing headshake. If you have a suspension specialist in your area I highly recommend paying them a visit to get your suspension sorted. And yes mine also has a bit of slack 😁. Thanks!
@@MotoSjaak don't suppose you remember the oil you used? Ah good idea, I ride mostly on the road but plan to do track this year so will speak to a specialist. Cheers
@@LK-zt9vf I do. I used Belray's regular 10W fork oil. The OEM fluid is a 2.5W viscosity. There are plenty of videos on RU-vid showing how to replace the fluid. But I recommend sorting out your suspension first. Good luck on track this year👍🏽
That was March 28 or 29? I was there on the 30th when it was raining all day. I think I saw your bike in the box and went to ask, but they told me you weren't there. I also went with an 890R.
That's right! This was the 28th of March. I think I remember seeing you ride on the 30th. 890R with the black Akra exhaust right? It's a bummer that it rained all day :(
Immaculate vid, as usual.Your bike is beautiful man just beautiful. I`m working my way up the cc ladder with my first KTM- 2022 Duke390, just put a deposit on the 2024 Duke390(398.7cc)Blue, arrives in New Zealand in January. The 24 Duke990(black) looks pretty good. I love kTm😁.
@@MotoSjaak I`m not ready for bigger bikes. 33yrs wthout a bike, heart surgery 3yrs ago, nerve damage to both legs, bolts in right wrist, is fixed in place. Small bike for 1 more yr, then go big or go home😬.
