Hi there i am having trouble with the registration actually when i go to register for courses it shows you can't register because you haven't paid your semester fees but this is not correct i have paid my fees and my previous college who was doing admissions process for me they updated fees receipt also i sent an email to registrar but no respose yet can you please help me out

Hello there, I want to know that as I am a international student and I have got my visa stamped and I have booked my flight too. During registration process do I need to reserve my seat in registration portal as I have paid my one year fees. If yes then what to choose as I am coming for may intake in (Buss.co-op) two diploma course. There is written (non-credit and credit) after some detail line.
The time for registration written there is 12:00 am to 12:00pm on 3rd april . Exactly what is the standard of this time . Is it according to the time of toronto or anything else. PLease let me know.
