South African steam locomotives were the best in all the world No other country had such beautiful steam loco's as we had Sadly now only a memory And that whistle Oh my glory I used to blow the whistle a certain way which I still remember to this day to greet my drivers daughter Her name was Yvonne Linnow Until this day I have never met her Also sad
I miss travelling by train mainline in South Africa.At least there was decent scenery to see along the lines.England could learn something from South African railways.....
lovely to see this one negotiating what appears to be tight radii and points at that station. but then i tell myself its just the depth perception of the videos😊 or are those curved track really a bit tight. what is the average radius profile there at Hercules,yet the 15 handles it with ease. lovely, but short video. many thanks
I miss the trainstalking in whole. Was once or twice this year along side the rail to stalk the trains. It's to dangerous to go alone so I had to wait and hope that some one want to go with me to practice my hobby
